Tutorial: How to Edit a Coupon
In our past tutorials, we talked about how to setup a business and how to create a coupon.
This week, we’ll show you how to edit a coupon.
You won’t be able to edit the actual deal of a published coupon, because someone may have already printed it or shared it on Facebook or Twitter.
But you can make a copy of an existing coupon and modify it.
Just keep in mind that customers may try to redeem previously unedited versions, so it’s best that you prepare a customer service response to this.
To edit a coupon:
- Login to your Myzerr account.
- Click on the Business tab. Then click on your business name in the drop-down menu.
- You’ll be taken to your business profile page.
- Find the coupon that you want to edit.
- Click on the ‘Copy’ icon, located at the bottom of the coupon.
- You’ll see all your saved coupon information. You can now edit or use it as a template to create a new coupon.
- When you’re done, click Save & Promote.
- Go back to your business profile page and delete the old coupon.
Do You Want to Save Money While on Holiday?

Unless you’re fantasizing about that holiday in your head, you’ll definitely have to set a budget at some point. We know that it’s not going to be cheap, but your holiday doesn’t have to cost an entire month’s salary and then some.
The biggest secret to saving money on your holiday is something you already know.
Plan in advance. And then plan again.
Most travelers know that the Internet is the best way to do this, as well as get local insider information on your holiday destination. Besides that, there are now more sites and applications devoted to helping you get the best bang out of your holiday budget.
Most of us will at least do a Google for travel reviews: the best places to eat, what tourist attractions you can pass on, where the most central hotel location is. Every traveler knows to be flexible, but going on holiday without a plan is often disastrous, (or fun, if you’re a backpacker).
Even if you’re just going interstate, it pays to plan ahead, especially when you’re going to an unfamiliar place and don’t have the convenience of your home computer and printer.
And if you’re an international visitor, why cart around a pile of guidebooks? Visitor’s centers are great if you’re already in the area, but you don’t really want to waste your valuable holiday time.
This is where you whip out your secret planning weapon in advance: the Internet.
There are heaps of deals and discounts out there, specifically for your travel destination of choice. And most of them might not even be available in coupon brochures, so why miss out just because you didn’t plan online?
1. Check out online groups that specifically cater to the locals.
These groups will pick up on activities that the guidebooks might not, and they often advertise deals too. Melbourne Deals caters for locals wanting to make the best of their city. Why shouldn’t a savvy tourist benefit too?
2. Use your phone!
Your smartphone is your best travel buddy and so are the free Wi-Fi hotspots that are popping up everywhere. Check out sites like Myzerr, which have a useful iPhone app you can use to locate discounts in your area and then download a coupon to show-n-save.
3. Plan in advance. But plan smart so you can travel with convenience.
Don’t carry around stacks of guidebooks and coupon brochures. You don’t need and won’t use half of it. If you follow the above, you’d have planned enough not to miss out, but yet still have the flexibility to go with whatever your holiday throws your way.
